Samsung is disappointing. The model Samsung Champ Duos E2652 has serious problems. The software is bad, slow internet, the touch-screen has a delayed response.
The graphics are dirty, but satisfactory is the sound quality and the only best point is its camera. The battery backup is once again not worth commenting and it hangs frequently.
Avoid using this handset, but for this try buying Karbon or Micromax as they come in prices such as 2500-3500. These are recommended as they have similar features of Samsung 2652 and this cost almost doubles the cost. Why pay double the amount for same features.
Samsung specifications need to be checked well before buying and there is another safe way of crossing the path, reading user reviews. Samsung has a big name in offering varieties and plenty of features, but its handset has faults.
They are misleading and very quickly people fall for their unwanted tricky ads that smartly attract users. There is no doubt that they cannot beat Nokia in its sturdiness, features, price and services.
Samsung 2652 is not useful for mobile banking applications as it fails to support. The keypad never opens and naturally feeding Pin is impossible. Scrolling a long page is highly impossible. The key never works and when you ask the customer care they give you a smile and say that it will not support sir or Madam.
There are all drawbacks and only drawbacks, do not pay for a scrap.
