Panasonic Lumix DMC is disappointing. This is my experience. There may be some fortunate people having the same with good or fair opinion. But, I do not recommend.
I was looking for a good choice and was also convinced with the reviews, but unfortunately, things never came to me as expected. The only thing I got was a discount price and was very happy on earning it.
There were many user reviews stating it being a good one. Users who have problems using it also should share their views, so that buyers can look into other aspects at the same time.
These are the areas that were not satisfactory. The video quality was not good nor was the audio good that you see in expensive cameras. The digital noise was very high, especially in open areas and with the zoom.
The images of zoom shots are also not very pleasing and the very thought of high zoom has become baseless. Yes, without zoom in fact the clarity of the images is far better. The editing software was free and is good.
There are manual settings, but now I am not keen in going through all these processes. The points that can be considered good are very few, though the camera looks excellent and is good with normal shots.
Spending so much money does not serve the actual purpose with zoom is not convincing. It is difficult to accept that it is good for normal shots and looks good on pc screen.
