Indigo airlines is not worth referring to for its services. The customers are not valued neither is the handling of baggages done perfectly. The customer service is bad and their charges high for the poor show.
They often deliver damaged baggage and blame it on the customers. They think they are Gods and can never go wrong, but fail to realize that God also will not forgive their mistakes. I was carrying in the baggage lots of edibles for my parents who are physically unable.
I marked the container and did all best to get it safe. No, they know only to damage and did what they can do. Luckily my packing was triple-proof, so one last proof saved my hard work to reach to my parents. I complained and no one bothered to hear me.
I also witnessed them troubling passengers for very small things. They do not allow customers to travel with eateries even when they have small kids. It is right that the airport denies eateries to carry, but women who carried few packets were aware of flying rules as they regularly traveled.
The problem is not that they do not allow them to carry eatables, the problem is that they do not even listen what the passenger is trying to tell and simply say No to everything. They must have patience to hear the passenger and have all the rights to deny, but can do it politely.
