The website cited earlier the inside sources on tracking the launch date as 12 September. It also said the device shipments would commence 9 days later on 21 September.
The pre-order will start in the US for iPhone 5 on the said date, September 12, as per iMore post. On the contrary, the international market buyers can book this device, iPhone 5 in the first week of October on the 5th.
Apple has never indulged in such practices of taking pre-orders for any device. However, the Cupertino tech giant, last year started his bookings three days later after the iPhone 4S was unveiled on October 4.
